Julius Bell

Julius is the founder of J Bell`s Winghouse, a carryout and catering restaurant located in Washington, DC.

The signature item, Buffalo Wings is regionally famous and has amazed residents of the Greater Washington area for over two decades. A native of Buffalo, New York, Julius added his own twist to a traditional style buffalo wing with an original variety of flavors daring one to try “MUMBO, 24 KARAT and HONEY BBQ”.

J Bell`s Winghouse menu is not limited to its famous wings. It boasts southern cuisine favorite’s collard greens, homemade potato salad, macaroni and cheese, and corn muffins baked daily. Another classic is “customer favorite” fried chicken and waffles.

Julius can get fancy as well. Senior government officials, international bankers, star athletes and celebrities have enjoyed the extensive catering services.  Whether the event is a small intimate dinner party for 10 requiring grilled smoke  salmon and filet mignon, a corporate extravaganza or wedding celebration of 400 guests, Julius prides himself on creating lasting culinary memories.

Julius graduated from Bethune – Cookman University with a Bachelor`s Degree in Hospitality Management and has over 25 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. Ever evolving, he refined his passion by holding key positions in major hotel and food service companies, which parlayed his enthusiasm for topnotch customer service and food quality into the cornerstone of a thriving business.
